Cello Italian Style Fresh Mascarpone won the prestigious Best of Class award at the 2009 United States Championship Cheese Contest. Produced at Lake Country Dairy, Arthur Schuman Inc.'s specialty premium Wisconsin cheese plant, Cello Mascarpone is crafted by artisans who take great pride in the Cello name. With an exceptional sweet smooth taste, its superior quality is a testament to the plant's advanced manufacturing equipment, processes and craftsmanship. This authentic Italian delicacy is made from fresh milk vigilantly selected from nearby Wisconsin farms operating under strict standards - and sweet cream, with no preservatives. Cello Mascarpone is available in 1 and 5 pound tubs, as well as in pails. 


Arthur Schuman Inc. was also recognized for their Copper Kettle Parmesan (produced at Lake Country Dairy) and the Montforte Gorgonzola they exclusively distribute. Both cheeses placed second in their respective categories.
