A Little Nutty is a boutique food company known for our wonderful flourless cookies. Being that they are made from ground almonds and walnuts, obviously they are called Nut-Tea Cookies! Nut-Teas are wonderfully decadent, have a light and delicate texture, and are perfect for your customers who believe sensuous foods play a role in being good to oneself. And, they are fun! They are loved by everyone who need not avoid nuts. And, they are perfect for those who must refrain from wheat and gluten. We blush at calling them “nut-ricious” even though Nut-Teas naturally slip a dose of Omega-3’s into our day. Furthermore, Nut-Teas contain no refined sugars and are high in vitamin E, magnesium and folate. But, not to stop there, Nut-Teas are based upon those desirable fats namely, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. Of course, Nut-Teas contain absolutely no transfats. Nut-Teas respect our bodies, lift our spirits and feed our minds!
